Are Parents Meeting Lifestyle Recommendations?

Starting in 2005 (!), Geoff and team at the Pediatric Centre for Weight & Health (PCWH; Stollery Children’s Hospital) collected anthropometric and lifestyle data (dietary, physical activity & sleep records) from parents at baseline (i.e., prior to their journey at the PCWH).

Since then, we’ve had a number of people collaborate on the study, and after a few attempts, we are happy to say it is published!
